Tender Submission Procedures:

Completed Bid documents should be submitted to our above address by hand or electronic submission.

Registration/Submission Fee:

(i)Tender Registration/Submission Fee: The Company Tender Registration and Submission Fee is 100% refundable to bidding companies that do not meet nomination status for Contract Award within two days of their formal disqualification from the tender.

(ii)Gombe State Rural Development Council (GSRDC) do not receive cash or direct transfer from any company, we only receive local bank draft from a Nigeria Commercial bank.

 

Rejection Of Tender:
A Tender may be rejected if the tender:
(I) Tender Application Form not properly filled
(ii) Is received after the closing date for tenders;
(iii) Contains any conditions other than those stipulated in the contract documents.

Committee's Right To Accept or Reject Any Tender, And To Reject Any Tender or All Tenders:
The Board reserves the right to accept any tender, and to annul the Tendering Process and reject all Tenders at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders/suppliers. In case of annulment, all Tenders submitted shall be promptly returned to the bidder/supplier.

Confidentiality:
Information relating to the evaluation of Tenders shall not be disclosed to bidders/tenderers or any other persons not officially concerned with such process until information on Contract Award is communicated to all bidders/suppliers.

Attempt To Influence Any Contract Award Committee Member:

i) No approach may be made to any tender board member by any Bidder/Supplier, as such act will disqualify that Bidder/Supplier.
ii) No special information shall be given to any Bidder/Supplier unless the same information is given equally to all Tenderers.
iii) No official from any government office, embassy etc shall approach the tender board on behalf of any bidder/supplier to influence the decision of the board. If any board member receives any correspondence (email or phone) from any government official on behalf of any bidder/supplier, such correspondence shall be considered as one capable of influencing the decision on the board.
iv) No Bidder/Supplier or their representative should give or promise a gift of money or any tangible item, or any other benefit, or a service that can be quantified in monetary terms to any member of the tender board, in an attempt to influence the board in the evaluation of the Tenders or in the Contract Award decisions.

 

If there is verifiable evidence that any bidder/supplier or his/her representative offend against these clauses, the tender submitted by that bidder/supplier shall be rejected and shall not be further considered. Notwithstanding, from the time of Tender opening to the time of Contract award, if any bidder/supplier wishes to contact the board on any matter relating to the tendering process, it should do so in writing.

Contract Payment: A Successful Company will receive contract payment in it s nominated bank account within Five (5) working days of Contract Agreement Signing and Legalization within the authorized institutions. The original copies of the signed and legalized contract MUST be submitted to Contract Tender Board of GSRDC for sighting and safe keeping pending the completing of the funding. Upon Payment confirmation by the tenderer, such documents shall be sent across by courier to the contractor.

 

All rules and regulations are binding on both local and foreign contractors.
